The spa facilities are non-existent!!! A more comfortable lounge area would also be nice, and I wish there were more hammocks available for lounging after a hot day exploring the city!!!

Peaceful hotel, the staff were all incredibly attentive and reasonably good and the location was amazing on the outskirts of the central business district. There were TV set, tea and coffee making equipment, and a dining area in the room, appreciated that.

The hotel provided a peaceful haven from the city noise, featuring a lovely courtyard where I could unwind. The location was conveniently close to Centro, though the lounge area could benefit from more comfort. Staff assistance was really good, offering care during a minor illness during the stay.

The staff were really good! One day we were feeling rough and they brought us bread and jam and even got us electrolyte drinks, could've thought we were family. The rooms were so nice, super clean and had a shower that felt great after a long day of exploring.

It wasn't exactly cheap, but for what we got it was still worth it.
